Most organisation structure and department setup projects take 6 to 12 weeks, depending on the number of departments, the complexity of reporting lines and how quickly internal feedback can be gathered. Bluehive will propose a clear timeline during the diagnostic.
Will my employees resist organisational changes?
Change resistance usually comes from unclear communication, not the change itself. Bluehive includes stakeholder alignment and internal communication planning as part of the design phase, so staff understand the why, the what and how their roles evolve.
Do we need an existing HR team to engage Bluehive?
No. Many of our clients are founder-led SMEs with no dedicated HR function. Bluehive works directly with leadership and department heads to build the structure, and can also recommend how to resource HR ongoing.

Yes. Depending on your business objectives, company profile and project scope, some Business Transformation and AI implementation projects may qualify for government support. Bluehive will first understand your business goals before recommending whether grants such as the Company Training Committee (CTC) Grant or other suitable funding programmes may apply. Where eligible, funding support can be up to 70% of qualifying project costs, subject to the grant's prevailing eligibility criteria and approval. We do not recommend grants unless they are genuinely suitable for your business and project objectives.
